NOTICE: Boil Water Advisory Lifted
A small number of specific Medford Water Commission customers on Lozier Lane were notified on Wednesday, February 21st of a loss of water pressure in the distribution system resulting from a water line break and were advised to boil their water before drinking it.
The Commission has received sample results for those 29 service addresses under the Boil Water Advisory, which show no bacteria present.
The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for all addresses
and it is no longer necessary to boil water.
The advisory was a precaution for our customers to limit risk to health from any possible harmful bacteria. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
