Consumer Confidence Report Now Available
Medford Water Commission is pleased to announce the release of our annual Consumer Confidence Report. The report contains water quality testing results from the 2017 calendar year for Medford Water Commission (MWC) as well as our Partner Cities: Central Point, Eagle Point, Jacksonville and Phoenix.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Safe Water Drinking Act requires water systems to provide this annual report to all customers. While the report is mandated by the federal government, MWC prides itself in providing high-quality drinking water and we’re proud to report that our water consistently meets or exceeds all requirements set by the EPA and the Oregon Health Authority.
The report is available at medfordwater.org/ConsumerConfidenceReport.pdf, and in Spanish at medfordwater.org/InformeDeConfianzaDelConsumidor.pdf. Paper copies are available at the Medford Water Commission’s office in the Lausmann Annex at 200 S. Ivy St., Room 177, or by calling 541-774-2430.
In addition to water quality data, the report includes information about our water sources, answers to common water quality questions and an update on our Water Quality & Corrosion Study.
