REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: CM/GC Services Rancheria Springs UV
Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for Ultraviolet Disinfection Facility at Rancheria Springs
Notice is hereby given that Medford Water Commission (COMMISSION), by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m., Local Time, Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at the COMMISSION office, 200 S. Ivy St. - Room 177, Medford, Oregon 97501. This solicitation and selection will be conducted from evaluation criteria identified in RFP. Proposals packages received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered. Facsimile packages are not acceptable. All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in the Format of Proposal. COMMISSION is not responsible for proposals presented in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Request for Proposals (RFP) Document. NOTE: on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, RFP Documents will be available electronically for download at no charge at www.medfordwater.org. Follow the link on the homepage, under Bids & RFPs, select ‘Click here for plans’ under the Plans column. Email mark.depner@medfordwater.org or call Mark Depner, Purchasing Agent (541) 774-2459 to register and obtain the login password. Respondents shall be responsible for all costs related to printing and reproduction of RFP Documents. Respondents should check the website regularly until closing to avoid missing any Addenda, which will only be available online. RFP Documents may also be examined at COMMISSION’s office: (541) 774-2440; printed RFP Documents will not be mailed by COMMISSION.
Respondents who obtain their RFP Documents only from plan centers, or by means other than the COMMISSION website, are responsible for ensuring they have all addenda; they will not be registered or appear on the list of plan-holders and will not receive notifications from COMMISSION regarding this RFP. The single point of contact for questions regarding the RFP, proposal process, clarification, award process, protests, or any other issues that arise, is Andy Huffman at (541) 774-2455, andy.huffman@medfordwater.org. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the Contractor is a resident, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Sealed proposals are to be sent to Medford Water Commission, Attention: Andy Huffman, 200 South Ivy Street – Room 177, Medford, Oregon, 97501. Contractors will be selected to provide services based upon proposals evaluation; COMMISSION does not guarantee any amount of work as a result of this RFP. COMMISSION reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities or informalities in a proposal or in the opening and may cancel the solicitation in accordance with ORS 279B.100. A sample contract is included; award of the contract will be subject to approval of the General Manager or Board of Water Commissioners.
