We understand this is a stressful time for our community and for the households we serve. We want our customers to know that we are here for them and are committed to taking all steps necessary to maintain safe, reliable water service.
With our office temporarily closed to the public, please know that we are still here to serve you and our community.
We can still take payments and start/stop service over the phone at 541-774-2430. You can also make payments online at services.medfordwater.org.
Our field staff is still out reading meters and working on repairs, taking all recommended COVID-19-related precautions. If you encounter an employee in the field, please maintain a six-foot buffer of space.
After-hours services will continue, with modifications (see here for more information). Whenever possible, staff will talk the customer through the problem to avoid going on site. Again, if you encounter an employee in the field, please maintain a six-foot buffer of space.
The only things that have changed is that our front counter is not open to walk-ins (there is a drop box located outside our building for payments), and we have suspended shut-offs for non-payment. We want to ensure that everyone has access to resources they need to stay healthy and take care of their families.
We will continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect from our staff, and are prepared to continue providing water service throughout this pandemic to help keep families healthy, clean and hydrated.
