An Amended Proposed Budget of the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners for Fiscal Year 2020-21, which began July 1, 2020, as shown in the accompanying schedules, was prepared on an actual accounting basis consistent with that used in prior years. A public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., convening virtually through video and phone conferencing, to comply with Executive Order No. 20-16. Details for participating in the virtual meeting will be provided on the meeting agenda. The Commission will accept written comments, via first class mail or email until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. We strongly encourage the use of email to ensure it is received by the deadline; email comments or public hearing testimony pertaining to this agenda item to water@medfordwater.org. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. All comments pertaining to this item received by the deadline will be provided to the Board at the meeting and submitted as a part of the public record.
