REMINDER: Billing System Upgrade - Payment Services Unavailable Beginning Today, Sept. 11, 2020, at 5 p.m.
We're building better tools to serve you now and in the future!
This is a reminder that our online and phone payment services will be unavailable from 5 p.m. today, Friday, September 11th, 2020, until approximately 8 a.m. on Monday, September 14th, 2020, as we upgrade our billing system.
This upgrade will allow us to serve you better and more efficiently by improving the robustness of our system, while providing flexibility for future development. We recommend that you plan to make any payment or account changes before or after this time period and apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Please note that we are not currently disconnecting water service for non-payment and have temporarily suspended late fees. We want to ensure that everyone has access to resources they need to stay healthy and take care of their families amid concerns about the spread of COVID-19.
