PUBLIC NOTICE - Proposed Exemption from Competitive Solicitation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1755, for the purpose of exempting, per section 2.32 of the Commission’s Contracting & Purchasing Regulations, and authorizing a contract directly with HDR Engineering Inc. (HDR) for Water Rate Setting Assistance, Systems Development Charges, and 10-Year Financial Planning Services, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at 12:15 p.m. to be held virtually in compliance with Executive Order from the Office of the Governor. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with HDR under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office; call (541) 774-2440.
