PUBLIC NOTICE - Proposed Exemption from Competitive Solicitation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1771, for the purpose of exempting, per section 2.32 of the Commission’s Contracting & Purchasing Regulations, and authorizing a contract directly with Woolpert, Inc. (Woolpert) for Asset Management Program Development and CMMS Software Selection, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at 12:15 p.m. to be held virtually in compliance with the Governor's current meeting regulations. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with Woolpert under this exemption, is available within the meeting agenda or upon request from the Commission’s office; call (541) 774-2440.
