Our online and phone services will be unavailable from 5 p.m. until approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021, as we perform an upgrade to our network.
We recommend that you plan to make any payment or account changes before or after this time period and apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. Please note that we are not currently disconnecting water service for non-payment and have temporarily suspended late fees; we want to ensure that everyone has access to resources they need to stay healthy and take care of their families amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
