UPDATE: Online Account Services Issue Resolved

UPDATE 02/23/23:
The technical issues with our online account services site have been resolved, and all online services are available, including payments. We again thank you for your patience as we worked to find a solution.
POSTED 02/22/23:
We are currently experiencing issues with our online account services site, services.medfordwater.org. As we work to determine the cause and what needs to be done to fix the issue, all online account services, including making online payments, are temporarily unavailable.
At this time, we can still take payments over the phone at (541) 774-2430. This functionality is limited and may change; we will post updates as they become available.
