There are two bulk water filling stations designed to allow citizens to obtain potable water in our area.
Medford Water’s bulk water station is located at the City of Medford Service Center at 821 N. Columbus in Medford.
To make obtaining bulk water more efficient for smaller-quantity users and reduce wait times, water volume quantities are limited at this station. The maximum weekly volume at this facility is 3,500 gallons, and the maximum monthly volume is 15,500 gallons (water in larger volumes is available at the Jackson County station; see below for details).
New User? A Pay4Water account is required to use this station; learn how to set up an account and other requirements to access bulk water at the link above (more information is available at the bottom of the page as well). Please note that Pay4Water accounts are location-specific, so separate accounts are required for each station.
Jackson County operates a station at 724 Antelope Road in White City. A Pay4Water account is required through the County’s Roads Administration office; Pay4Water accounts are location-specific, so separate accounts are required for each station.
