Careers

Come work with us! One of Medford Water’s five core values is Respect for Everyone.
We respect employees and the value each person brings to the organization; individuals work collaboratively to help each other succeed and take pride in giving back to the communities in which they live and serve.

  • Computer skills testing may be required for specific positions.
  • Medford Water will perform a pre-employment background check, reference checks, and drug screening. Dependent on the position, we may also perform a credit check and physical exam.
  • A valid Oregon State driver’s license (or the ability to obtain within 90 days) with an acceptable driving record.
