Bulk Water Modernization Project Update - May 13, 2022
Friday, May 13, 2022

The modernization of our Bulk Water Station at 821 N. Columbus Avenue in Medford is complete, and bulk water is once again available.

System functionality is temporarily limited as the contractor works on technical issues, and on Saturday, May 14th, 2022, the station may have delays in operation due to this work. Expect delays of up to one hour to access water between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14th.

These temporary procedures will remain in place until work is complete:
Bulk Water Station

1. Do not select volume of water, only use the 'Start' and 'Stop' buttons to fill your tank.

2. Push the 'Stop' button 20 seconds prior to overflow of tank.

3. Allow time for the volume counter on display to stop even after flow has stopped. This may take up to 2 minutes.

4. Note that the water volume dispensed on the display may be slightly off.

It is not yet known when this issue will be resolved, but we will provide updates as they become necessary. More information on this project is available at medfordwater.org/bulkwaterproject. Bulk water is also available at Jackson County's station at 724 Antelope Road in White City.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time. If you have questions, please contact us at (541) 774-2430.
