PUBLIC NOTICE - Proposed Exemption from Competitive Solicitation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1832, for the purpose of exempting Laboratory Analytical Services for Medford Water Commission for a five-year period from the Medford Water Commission’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, Pursuant to Section 2.33(C)(10) and ORS 279B.085, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the Manager to execute a contract with Neilson Research Corporation for Laboratory Analytical Services under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office at 200 S.
