Investment Policy
The Investment Policy defines the parameters within which funds are to be invested by Medford Water. This policy also formalizes the framework, pursuant to ORS 294.135, for Medford Water’s investment activities to ensure effective and judicious management of funds within the scope of this policy. These guidelines are intended to be broad enough to allow designated investment staff and investment advisor to function properly within the parameters of responsibility and authority, yet specific enough to adequately safeguard the investment assets.
