Capital Hill Reservoir Replacement Project Online Open House Available Now Through February 28th, 2025

Our Capital Hill Reservoir Replacement Project is ongoing, and the 60% design report for the new reservoir is under review by Medford Water staff. We now know where the new tank will be located, the size, and shape. We’ve developed an informational virtual open house, available now through February 28th, 2025, to share more.

The design team has begun developing details related to piping, stormwater collection, construction phasing, and reservoir support facilities, and following the 60% review will begin work on the next step, which is 90% design. This summer, the construction contractor will be selected, and we will host a “meet the contractor” event for the neighbors to ask questions; construction should begin in the fall.
