New Projects

Our engineering staff reviews plans and specifications for all water system facility projects that are developed within our system. If your land development project might affect existing public water facilities, or if you need new public water facilities installed, please submit an Application Packet and plans (if appropriate) to Medford Water using the forms below.

New Water Service Connection Installations

If you are within our Medford Water Service Area and do not have an existing water service/meter at your property (view our Service Area Map below), you’ll need a new water service connection installed.

To apply for a new service connection, please submit the following items electronically to EngineeringReview@MedfordWater.org, or in person at our office:

Include a description of your project and why you need a new water service. If you have engineering plans, please include those with your submittal, although they are not required.

If you plan to have a contractor assist our crews by cutting, digging, installing, backfilling, and repaving in the public street, they must be on our list of Prequalified Contractors (see link below).

New Engineering Plan Submittals

Use our Plan Submittal Application Packet (linked below) for all initial plan review submittals.

Plans affecting water infrastructure should be submitted to both the City of Medford or Jackson County and Medford Water separately; Medford Water has a separate plan review process from the City/County.

New Customers

If you have an existing water service/meter at your property and simply need to activate your water service, please call our customer service at 541-774-2430 to request your water to be turned on.
