Use our Plan Submittal Application Packet for all initial plan review submittals.
During initial plan submittal, please submit the following items electronically to EngineeringReview@MedfordWater.org:
- Completed Plan Review Application
- Signed Responsible Party Form
- Vicinity Map
- Digital Plan Submittal stamped by a civil engineer registered in the State of Oregon, including the most current General Notes and items listed on the Plan Submittal Requirements Checklist.
