Standards -Medford Water

Under this section are booklets outlining Medford Water’s requirements for new development, cross connection control, and fire protection services.

These standards set forth minimum requirements for safe practice in the delivery of water for domestic use and are to be interpreted as meeting only the minimum requirements of design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the water utility system.

Standards for Water Facilities

Standards for developing water facility design and for constructing water facilities which will become a part of the Medford Water distribution system, including water districts and other entities contracting with Medford Water for service.

Installation guideline standards for reduced pressure principle backflow prevention assemblies, air gaps, and more, as well as approved backflow assemblies and detail drawings.
