Commission Closed May 31st for Memorial Day

Medford Water Commission will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 31, 2021.
While our offices are temporarily closed to the public amid the COVID-19 pandemic, our essential employees will be back and ready to assist you on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. through our many online and telephone options for doing business. We recognize that the service we provide to the Rogue Valley is vitally important to the protection of public health, and we are working hard to maintain critical water service to our customers.
If you need to pay your bill, there are a variety of ways to do so: online at services.medfordwater.org, over the phone 24-7 by calling 541-774-2430, or at one of our convenient drop boxes (click here for box locations).
