Medford Water Commission Lobby to Reopen for In-Person Service July 6th

Following the signing of Governor Brown’s Executive Order No. 21-15 lifting all of Oregon’s remaining COVID-19 health and safety restrictions for the public, Medford Water Commission is preparing to reopen its office lobby to customers.
Starting Tuesday, July 6, 2021, customers can visit the Commission’s office during normal business hours to make a payment or change to their account, drop off waterline plans, or conduct other water-related business.
We are excited to once again offer our valued customers the opportunity to visit us in-person, and thank them for their patience while we were closed to protect our essential staff.
Our lobby has been closed to customers since March 2020. Disconnections of water service for non-payment and late-payment penalties were suspended at that time as well, to ensure that everyone had access to resources they need to stay healthy and take care of their families. The Commission is currently strategizing the resumption of these activities in a way that is compassionate and manageable for customers that are facing financial hardship.
