Our online and phone payment services will be unavailable on Saturday, November 20th, 2021, from 8 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m. as we perform maintenance on our server and network equipment.
WHAT: Our online payment services (accessed through our website at services.medfordwater.org) and automated phone payment services (accessed by calling 541-774-2430) will be unavailable.
WHEN: Saturday, November 20th, 2021, from 8 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m.
WHY: We are performing maintenance on our server and network equipment, requiring us to take many of our systems offline for several hours.
