PUBLIC NOTICE - Proposed Exemption from Competitive Solicitation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1876, for the purpose of exempting Academy Place Waterline Relocation Plumbing Services from Medford Water’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, pursuant to Section 2.33(D) and ORS 279B.085, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with SOS Plumbing for Academy Place Waterline Relocation Plumbing Services under this exemption, is available upon request from Medford Water’s office at 200 S.
