Notice of Public Hearing - Charges for Special Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 12:15 p.m., at the Medford City Hall Council Chambers, 411 W. 8th St. Room 300, Medford, Oregon, to consider adopting revised "Charges for Special Services", Exhibit D of the Regulations Governing Water Service. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting. The proposed changes are based on staff review; a copy is available for inspection upon request at Medford Water’s office; make arrangements ahead of time by calling (541) 774-2440. If approved, the effective date is July 1, 2023.
