Medford Water Commission - NOTICE: Water Service Interruption Due to Foothill Road Project Waterline Work - Foothill Road Area, April 3rd, from Approximately 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Update April 4, 2024 - This waterline work has been completed, and water service for these customers was restored around 5:30 p.m. on April 3rd, 2024.

Update April 3, 2024 at 3:18 p.m. - Water service for these customers was initially expected to be restored around 5 p.m. today; this information has been updated to approximately 6:30 p.m.

Water service for some customers near Foothill Road between Delta Waters Road and Lone Pine Road will be disrupted on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, as crews perform waterline work related to the City's/County's Foothill Road Project. Affected customers have been notified; see the map below.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, from approximately 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: Customers near Foothill Road between Delta Waters Road and Lone Pine Road (see map below).

IMPACTS: Water service will be out for these customers and street access in the immediate area may also be impacted.

Affected customers can let their inside cold water faucets run for several minutes after service is restored to clear any dislodged particles or air in the pipeline. As always, we attempt to minimize the inconvenience related to waterline work, and sincerely appreciate the patience of impacted customers.
