Email Notifications Begin for New Watersmart Account Portal, Launching May 6th Wednesday, April 24, 2024
Email notifications to our autopay and paperless billing customers began today, notifying them of the launch of our new Watersmart account portal on May 6th. Notices to customers have also previously gone out in the regular mail (USPS) and attached to monthly billings. The new portal will bring enhanced security, increased efficiency, and modernization to your water account.
As part of this update, current online account settings, such as autopay and paperless billing, will be removed. This means these customers will need to complete three easy steps.
Starting May 6th, complete these steps and keep your account current:

Register Your Water Account
Go to services.medfordwater.org to register your water account. Click on Login, and input your customer number, account number, and zip code. |

Activate Autopay and Paperless Billing
Once you’ve registered, go to the Billing tab at the top to activate automatic payments and paperless billing. |

Take a few minutes to explore the new portal and check out the great new features! |

- Usage graphed with temperature and precipitation data
- Receive alerts for possible leaks
