Payment System Upgrade Starting Thursday, July 5th, 2018
To better serve our customers, Medford Water Commission will be implementing a software upgrade next week. This will greatly expand our online billing and payment services, allowing for recurring payments, autopay setup directly online, the ability to select which date the bill is paid, and more.
In preparation for this upgrade, our credit card payment processing system will be unavailable beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 5th, and is not expected to be available again for approximately 48 hours.
During this time, the Commission will be unable to process credit card payments in person, over the phone, or on the website. The only payment options will be cash or check. If you normally pay by credit card and will need to make a payment, it is recommended that you do so prior to July 5th.
The Commission wants to make it as easy and convenient as possible for customers to pay their water bill, and this upgrade will have a significant effect on bringing our capabilities up to date with customer expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. A follow-up announcement will be posted when the system is available again.
