Brad Taylor is the General Manager of the Medford Water Commission and is responsible for directing and managing all of its activities as well as serving as its officer of finance, budgeting, purchasing and contracting, personnel, and contract negotiations; he also serves as business agent on matters related to the sale or purchase of property. In addition to the divisions of Finance, Production, Engineering and Operations, he also directly supervises the Administration, Conservation, Customer/Information Services, Human Resources, Public Information and Technical Services programs. The Manager is selected by and operates under the direction of the Board of Water Commissioners.
The Administration office handles inquiries related to the Board of Water Commissioners, project contracts and procurement, policy issues and special events.
