NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., at Medford City Hall, Council Chambers - Room 300, 411 W. 8th Street, Medford, Oregon, to consider adopting revised "Charges for Special Services", Exhibit D of the Regulations Governing Water Service. All interested parties are invited to attend. The proposed changes are based on staff review. A copy is available upon request; go to our website or make arrangements ahead of time by calling (541) 774-2440. To comply with Executive Order No. 20-16, the Commission is only accepting written comments, not verbal comments. Written public comments will be accepted via first class mail or email until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. We strongly encourage the use of email to ensure it is received by the deadline; email comments or public hearing testimony pertaining to this agenda item to water@medfordwater.org. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. All comments pertaining to this item received by the deadline will be provided to the Board at the meeting and submitted as a part of the public record.
