Online and Phone Payment Services Temporarily Unavailable Beginning Tuesday, August 1st at 5 p.m.

Our online and phone payment services will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 5 p.m. until approximately 8 p.m. as we perform server maintenance.
WHAT: Our online payment services (accessed through our website at services.medfordwater.org) and automated phone payment services (accessed by calling 541-774-2430) will be unavailable.
WHEN: Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, from 5 p.m. until approximately 8 p.m.
WHY: We are performing server maintenance on our network, requiring us to take many of our systems offline for several hours.
We recommend that you plan to make any payment or account changes before or after this time period, and apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. There is a drop box outside of our office at the Lausmann Annex to City Hall, 200 S. Ivy Street in Medford (parking lot entrance). Contact our Customer Service team at (541) 774-2430 or customerservice@medfordwater.org during normal business hours if you have any concerns about this scheduled outage.
