Notice of Intent to Award - RFP for Risk and Resilience Assessment & Emergency Response Plan
Notice is hereby given that, at the regular meeting of the Board of Water Commissioners, on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, Commission staff intends to recommend award of the contract for the above-referenced project to Carollo Engineers, Inc., based on the proposal submitted, which offered the best combination of qualifications to successfully complete the project, and acceptable contract terms, which is in the best interests of Medford Water Commission (MWC).
Protests of this Notice of Intent to Award must be in writing and received by MWC by 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Friday, August 30, 2019.
